- Improving detection and prevention of serious mental health problems among children and adolescents – including a focus on suicide prevention
- Helping organizations/agencies learn, adapt, implement and sustain effective interventions (such as evidence-based practices (EBPs) with high fidelity.
- Facilitating the process of outcome assessment, monitoring and evaluation.
- Assisting practitioners to define and standardize new interventions, so that they can be subject to systematic evaluation and dissemination.
- Promoting a recovery-oriented service system, embodied in various education, training and program development initiatives using guidelines to facilitate a systematic effort to bring recovery into the concrete, every day, community mental health practice.
- Developing digital mental health approaches to address the gap in mental health service provision
